If we have conducted any work to establish your account, you understand that payment for this service is non-refundable. This is because the time invested in setting up your account cannot be retrieved, and we must be fairly compensated for our efforts.

Additionally, the work performed is personalized to suit your individual needs and business requirements, making it non-refundable.

If you are not happy with our services, your only recourse is to unsubscribe from using the services. 

If you choose to stop using our services before the end of your billing cycle, you understand and accept that we will not be able to offer a refund, whether partially or in full, for the remaining part of your cycle.

For the sake of emphasis, we do not provide refunds, credit, or prorated billing for any canceled subscription or one-time payment.

Subscription Terms and Automatic Payments

A Family Martial Arts Academy user is accountable for settling all dues owed to Family Martial Arts Academy concerning their monthly subscription in accordance with these Terms. The initial fee, as per these Terms, is payable upon the setup of the user account, and payment of the monthly fee is mandatory for access, or after the conclusion of your free trial period if you haven't canceled the automatic subscription with us. Every calendar month, your account will be billed the subscription fee plus applicable taxes for the subsequent month’s subscription, along with any other fees for the upcoming month’s subscription and any accrued charges from the previous period (collectively referred to as "Fees").

The failure of the Family Martial Arts Academy user to utilize any of the services available through Family Martial Arts Academy does not exempt them from their payment obligations under these Terms. Prospective users can make payments via credit or debit card. Payment details will be collected by us through our secure financial data collection mechanism. You acknowledge and consent that we retain data related to the transaction, including the last four digits and the expiration date of the card used for the purchase, along with details regarding when payment is due.

Moreover, you acknowledge and consent that payments are due on a recurring basis as per the payment terms for the specific service purchased (unless the subscription is canceled in accordance with these Terms), thereby authorizing the automatic payment collection terms applicable to that specific service (e.g., on a monthly basis and for a specific amount).

If you wish to terminate your Family Martial Arts Academy subscription (including services) following a free trial or discounted period, you must submit a cancellation request to us via our support email address: [email protected] For monthly subscriptions (including services), we require at least thirty (30) days’ notice of cancellation via email. If such notice is provided less than thirty (30) days before the first day of your next subscription month, you may be charged for that month.

Family Martial Arts Academy reserves the right to promptly terminate a user’s account and/or service for any unpaid (in whole or in part) period of the subscription (with or without notice). The termination of service does not absolve the user from any obligation to settle outstanding charges or expenses. If Family Martial Arts Academy initiates collection processes of any kind, you will be responsible for all collection costs, including legal fees and expenses. Additionally, besides any Fees, Family Martial Arts Academy may levy applicable value-added or other taxes.

The prices of products, services, and offerings are typically posted at Family Martial Arts Academy but are subject to change. Family Martial Arts Academy reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue products or services or alter specifications and prices on products and services without incurring any obligation to you. Except as otherwise explicitly provided for in these Terms, any alterations to the price of your subscription or purchase of products or services will become effective following email notification to you.

Price adjustments take effect on the first day of the month subsequent to the posting of the price change. By accessing, using, subscribing, or placing an order via the Website, you authorize Family Martial Arts Academy to debit your account for the specified amount for the value of the services you choose, including any future price alterations. If you request a downgrade in services, the downgrade (and corresponding price reduction) will take effect on the first day of the month following your requested downgrade.
